Summer Day Camp at Tiger Hall - Reserve my spot now!
~ What?: A 14 week long indoor/outdoor active and fun camp experience at Tiger Hall!
~ When?: Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 through Friday, September 3rd, 2010 (14 weeks)
~ Where?: 53 State Road, Downtown Princeton in conjuction with other public & kid-friendly outdoor venues
~ Who?: All tots between the ages of 2.5 and 8 years of age
~ Cost: 5-Day Camp = $115/week; Mon/Wed/Fri Camp = $80/week; Tues/Thurs Camp = $60/ week
~ Time?: Daily from 9:30 am* - 12:30 pm* (extended hours available; *please note slight change in time)
~ What to Expect?: A nice balance between indoor and outdoor summer fun! Daily outings (wading pools, playgrounds, hiking trails, farms, parks, etc.), art classes, silly science, fitness fun, free play, educational games, group activities and more.
~ Policies: Siblings receive a 10% discount; 3 week minimum sign-up commitment required
(selected weeks do not have to be consecutive); 3 week deposit required to hold camp spot;

Wholesome Kids Cook offers a unique cooking class environment where parent and child explore the wonderful world of food using all-natural and organic ingredients. Instructor: Nicole Koroghlian has developed and instructed children’s cooking classes held at Whole Foods Markets throughout New Jersey. She also has presented programs and cooking demonstrations on healthy ways to feed babies and children, which have taken place at local moms’ groups, hospital parent programs, and Babies R Us stores. Nicole was a guest speaker at the 2009 PSE&G NJ GreenFest where she led organic cooking classes for over 160 elementary school students.
Nicole holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work and has worked with families on parenting issues for over 10 years. Nicole has combined her social work background to counsel and coach parents on making healthy changes in regards to how they feed their children and families focusing on the benefits of a whole foods diet and avoiding processed foods. ***Mommy and Me Craft and Play ($44 per month)
A DIY (Do-It-Yourself!) art project will be ready and waiitng for you and your tot each week at Tiger Hall Play Zone! Each themed project and/or activity will include all of the materials that you need in order to complete it including smocks and directions - just bring your imagination! Tables will be set up with the materials that you need along with fun books relating to the theme that mommy and child can enjoy together. Come early to enjoy the playroom or stay and play afterwards! Mommy and Me Craft and Play Memberships also include FREE open play Monday through Saturday. Session meets weekly. Ages 1 - 6 years. ***Kids MusicRound: Music and Movement ($195 per 10-week session ~ breaks down to $78 per month)
Not unlike our other programs, Tiger Hall’s Music Class aims to introduce babies, toddlers and youngsters to a world of rhythm, movement and sound. These classes will be taught and organized by seasoned professionals from Kids’ MusicRound. The Kids’ MusicRound program provides a developmentally appropriate approach to early childhood music education that is fueled by a passion and love for children and music. Based on early childhood development and music education research, Kids’ MusicRound provides a fun-filled class environment where families come together to experience the joy of movement and music making.
Each class will feature singing, laughing, giggling, jiggling, clapping, dancing, bouncing, and instrument playing! Tots enrolled in these 10-week class sessions will receive 2 CD’s of children’s songs and songbooks with music activities. The cost of these materials is already included in the fee. Ages: Birth - 5. Instructor: Amanda Tulumalo is a Kids’ MusicRound Instructor as well as a private piano instructor. She has a BS in Elementary Education and Music Education from The College of New Jersey and has taught music in the Montgomery Township School District. Amanda sings and play piano on the worship team at her church, where she also directs the children’s worship program. She has also played clarinet in the Eastern Wind Symphony.

***Art ($68 per month)
Our Art Program at Tiger Hall is offered to children between the ages of 2 and 5 years. The goal of our art program is to encourage children and toddlers to discover what is unique about themselves through creative play and self-expression, while at the same time helping tots develop a sense of pride. Each art class is structured to follow a similar format, which sometimes incorporates a circle time, in addition to the weekly project, experiment and/or activity. Children will participate in crafts and activities that incorporate science and cultural studies as well. Ages 2 - 5. Register now!
Instructor: Elizabeth Scura has been teaching art since 2005 and yoga since 2007 - at times, she enjoys combining the two into one class. A certified yoga instructor, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from CUNY-Queens College. At present, she teaches children, teens and adults at Princeton Center for Yoga and Health and has also taught at Princeton High School. She has also been volunteering at the Princeton Arts Council where she is teaching art in their Homefront class, volunteers her time at Communiversity, and is an active member of the Council. In addition, Elizabeth has taught and cared for infants and toddlers at Princeton Montessori School, taught art classes for children at the Princeton Y.W.C.A. and offers private classes in both yoga and art. Aside from children and art, she loves photography, watercolor, nature and animals.

***Ready Readers (starting at $78 per month)
A one- or two-day kindergarten readiness program for potty trained tots between the ages of 3 and 5 years. Our Ready Readers work with certified teachers or seasoned early education professionals who will introduce them to the wonders of reading, word decoding and letter sounds, all at an age-appropriate pace. Handwriting skills will also be a key focus of this program. Game play and learning through fun will be the agenda for each session. All sessions are one hour long and include time for circle time, applied learning time (game time/tumble time) and instruction. Parents also have the option of adding a "Stay and Play" session to this program which would extend your child's stay at Tiger Hall. Check our prices page for "Stay and Play" rates. Ages: 3 - 5. Instructor: Olayinka Akinlawon, the owner of Tiger Hall, has been working with pre-school and elelmentray age children in academic settings since 1999. Her experience spans accross the board from tutoring to administrative to childcare, formerly serving as a distric manager for the Arline Institute and the Trenton School Board, providing supplemental afterschool reading and math services for students in grades K through 8. She graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, after having also taken many courses in early childhood development and early childhood language acquisition.
***Spanish (starting at $78 per month)

Instructor: Pilar de Villacis is a native Spanish speaker. She was born in Ecuador, South America and has a strong background in teaching language immersion programs. She has more than five years experience working with children and introducing them to a new language in a very engaging environment.
