- Once I become a member how do tuition payments work?: Members can choose to pay monthly or members can choose to pay one lump some to cover membership tuition.
- I am not ready to commit to a 3-month membership, what are my options?: 4-week trial memberships are always an option for new members. Open Play visits can also be pre-purchased in bundles of 5 or 10 at discounted rates.
- I have a baby and a toddler, do they both have to pay for Open Play?: No. Babies under 18 months of age who are accompanied by an older sibling are always free for Open Play.
- I would like to use Tiger Hall's art room during Open Play, do I have to pay extra?: No. Unless you are taking part in an art class you do not have to pay extra to use Tiger Hall's art room and art supplies (smocks, paint, paper, glue, etc.)
