*What can I use a space rental for? Well, just about anything! Families rent out our space for private, exclusive and full-access use of our unique and spunky 2,800 square-foot facility for birthday parties, family gatherings, posh play dates, mom's group meetings, pajama parties, holiday events, direct sales events, baby showers and more! The options are endless and as long as there are no fire-pits or circus animals involved, you can pretty much do anything!

 

*Will staff members be present during my rental? Not at all. Unless you request special assistance, staff members or members from the general public will not be present on the day of your event. The entire 2,800 square foot facility is included in your rental. Even the art room and art supplies are fair game! Assuming that you have paid your security deposit (refundable) of $75, you will be assigned a unique party code to enter and exit Tiger Hall by means of a digital lock. Written instructions, emergency contact info and cleaning supplies will be provided.
